**Payroll Apprentice**

Processing monthly payroll for staff **Contract variations ** Absences **Pay awards ** Starters and Leavers **To act as a liaison between the trust school and the other members of the Payroll/HR team. ** To manage workloads and support the checking of data in line with payroll deadlines. **To be able to manage own time and ensure Apprenticeship deadlines are met. ** To answer first line payroll queries from staff and escalate when necessary. **To work towards obtaining a good knowledge of the payroll system. ** To collect data, and coordinate with Payroll/HR. **To assist with the maintaining and updating of HR records and undertake any other payroll and wider HR administrative duties as required. A qualification will be achieved upon successful completion of the apprenticeship programme.**

**Job Type**: Apprenticeship

**Salary**: £20,292.00 per year
