**About The Role**:

- Salary: £22,115 per annum
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:00pm (37.5 hours per week)
and Permanent Contract
- Location: AO Alpha Building, AO Logistics, Weston Road, Crewe CW1 6BF

**Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing**:

- Greeting visitors on arrival ensuring that they feel welcomed into a friendly and fun environment
- Various administration tasks
- Raising purchase orders and managing stock including stationary, consumables etc.
- Printing / validating invoices
- Access control system -net2
- Car Park management
- Assist with health and safety duties
- Handle all incoming and outgoing post and parcels to ensure that they reach their intended recipient
- Answering and transferring all of reception incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner
- Meeting room management
- Hotel and travel bookings
- Maintaining a clean, welcoming environment
- Office communications.
- General office administration for the wider business.

**A Few Things About You**:

- Experience in hospitality or front of house along with Customer Service is essential
- Excellent interpersonal skills and telephone manner.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- Well presented with a customer focused approach and a friendly and confident manner.
- Competent user of Microsoft Office software including Outlook Diary/Calendar, Word and Excel
- Self-starter who is motivated with the ability to time manage and prioritise tasks
- Excited to be part of the wider business by getting involved in other areas and tasks.
- Open to learn and grow to continually improve the reception service.
