**Collections Advisor**

**Location: Romford, Essex (hybrid working)**

**Salary: £24,000 - 25,000 + Excellent benefits**

As a **Collections Advisor**you will be:

- Working with customers to avoid policy cancellation, providing good customer service
- Helping and supporting colleagues, underwriters and agents
- Dealing with general queries, cancellation of policies, customer complaints
- Working various reports
- Setting up and administering monthly payment plans for the large premiums
