This post is fixed term until 31st March 2024 / Mae'r swydd hon yn gyfnod penodol tan 31 Mawrth 2024.

Develop and implement a strategic, co-ordinated, preventative approach at a local level for the delivery of non-clinical mental health and wellbeing and universal youth homelessness prevention services to young people. This will be achieved through a collaborative, partnership approach involving Youth Service, schools, social services, health services, housing and voluntary sectors.

In line with Welsh Government policy drivers and using youth work methodology, develop targeted interventions for young people who may be disengaging with learning, displaying emerging mental health and wellbeing behaviours and those most at risk of homelessness.

Manage the delivery of a range of specialist targeted youth support programmes/interventions, including qualifications, for those most at risk of disengagement or identified as vulnerable within the authority.
