OPX are working with our Bristol based client who provide architectural design, production and installation services for some of the best known global brands. They seek to employ an experienced Assistant Production Planner to join their busy team.

**Hours**: 9am - 6pm

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Production planning, scheduling and data input of production job cards.
- Purchasing of materials.
- Stock control.
- Ensure snagging is recorded and communicated within a timely manner.
- Supporting the Operations Team with any relevant documents.
- Providing innovative solutions to problems.
- Maintain good relationships with design, PM’s and production staff.

**Other Responsibilities**:

- To establish and maintain good working relationships with colleagues and clients
- To understand and comply with all relevant company policies and procedures.
- To promote and maintain a positive image of Artworks Solutions at all times

**Required**
- Highly organized and can work well under pressure.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail.
- Industry knowledge ideally to include large format finishing/printers
- Ability to work as a team.
- Working knowledge of MS office products.

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bristol: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Production Scheduling: 1 year (preferred)
- Production Management: 1 year (preferred)
