Telehandler/labourer

Dalton Metals Recycling are looking for an experienced Telescopic handler/ Operative to join their well established team at depot in Broxburn.

The skills we are looking for:

- In date Telescopic handler licence a must
- Comfortable working outside
- Knowledge of non ferrous and ferrous metals desirable
- Experience in grading non ferrous and ferrous metals desirable
- Previous experience in the scrap metal yard desirable
- Previous experience working with customers and weighing metals on a small platform scale desirable
- Adaptable to meet business priorities.
- Good communication skills and customer friendly approach.
- Organised, safety conscious, physically fit and motivated.
- Ability to travel to and from the depot without difficulty.
- Good command of English required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £12.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Broxburn, EH52 5LY: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Telescopic Handler: 1 year (preferred)
