**Hire Desk Controller**

**Northolt, Middlesex**

**£40,000 + Pension + Parking**

If you have strong customer services skills and are able to negotiate contracts then this role for a Hire Desk Controller will really suit you.

**Some of your duties will include**:

- Responding to enquiries in relation to the hire of plant machinery and tool hire
- Managing orders received from customers and preparing rental contract paperwork
- Liaising with the workshop to confirm the availability of machinery and tools
- Successfully converting enquiries and quotations into confirmed hire orders
- Co-ordinating off hire requirements and arranging the return of goods
