The ideal immigration solicitor will have a background and experience that covers:

- Brexit
- Bringing family to the UK
- Right of abode
- Standard visitor’s visa
- Citizenship rules for EU/EFTA citizens
- UK immigration for EU citizens

PQE will vary depending upon pre qualification experience.
