The Veeva CoE will connect the Business Leads, Tech Owners and Business System Owners, to ensure the provision of a holistic end-user experience and implementation and change strategy. The role of Engagement Lead, Veeva CoE exists to drive efficient and effective communications and change strategy for those who use various Veeva Vault products in order to have a better end to end user experience.
**Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:
- External benchmarking to understand best practices in change and training approaches
- Accountability partner for change agents supporting Veeva deployments including impact assessments, prioritisation and cross vault comms/change approach
- Work with BSOs in supporting cross vault change readiness
- Embed agile ways of working across Development organization
- Owner of cross vault communities, newsletters, townhalls
- Establish methodology for collecting end user feedback and inputting into prioritisation
- Drive improvement in usability scoring
Given the investment, in Veeva a presumed benefit is interconnectivity between vaults, which will require a change in mindset across Sr. Dir, VP and Sr VP level leaders within GSK, at peer organisation and with the senior leaders at Veeva to focus on what is best for the entire development org rather than their own project implementations.

This position requires technical knowledge, but also significant interpersonal and communication ability. We are looking for someone who can work effectively across boundaries - both cultural and functional. Veeva is used globally in all countries that GSK operates, meaning a flexible communication style and astute cultural awareness are highly valued. You'll work in a matrix, inspiring change rather than commanding action, so leadership capability is a must. As a senior contributor to the Veeva CoE organisation, we need an agile, confident decision maker - someone able to solve sophisticated problems with effective solutions. Often you will be accountable for the delivery of these solutions, so project management capability is also important in this role.

**Basic Qualifications**:
- We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:_
- Degree qualified in HR or life sciences or related business discipline
- 5 plus years pharmaceutical industry experience
- 5 plus years of experience in leading business change & large-scale transformation programmes
- Leadership of complex projects with significant organizational impact and proven track record leading the delivery of multiple projects/assignments to demanding deadlines with mínimal direction/leadership.
**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Organizational Development
- Previous experience with Veeva Vault solutions
- Strong track record in successfully leading a large / global programme or function where people are challenged and developed to enhance business value.
- Proven ability to ‘surf the matrix’ effectively, actively engaging with networks and leaders across a large, globally dispersed organization
- Highly effective influencing and negotiation skills in challenging, ambiguous and changing environments.
- Demonstrated skill operating in situations characterized by complexity, ambiguity and high levels of uncertainty.
- Highly effective verbal, written, presentation communications skills.
- Excellent organizational planning skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-moving environment.
- Proven strategic & enterprise thinking with strong business acumen.
