Job title: Building Surveyor

Job description:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Building Surveyor to join our team. As a Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting detailed surveys and assessments of buildings, identifying defects and proposing remedial solutions.

You will also be responsible for preparing reports and communicating findings to clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting detailed surveys and assessments of buildings
- Identifying defects and proposing remedial solutions
- Preparing reports and communicating findings to clients
- Liaising with contractors and other professionals as required
- Conducting site visits and inspections
- Ensuring compliance with building regulations and health and safety requirements

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors degree in Building Surveying or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Building Surveyor
- Membership of a relevant professional body such as RICS or CIOB
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of building regulations and health and safety requirements
- Excellent communication and report writing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK Driving Licence
