**Main Duties**:

- Bryn McMillan Consulting has been retained by a well-known estate agency chain to source an experienced mortgage and protection broker or mortgage adviser to work with one Kent’s busiest estate agency offices in Dartford.
- This financially driven estate agency office will provide an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser with 10-12 new mortgage appointments per week.
- Working closely with the established team, as the one mortgage broker in the Dartford branch, you will offer whole of market mortgage and protection advice to the new clients being generated.
- Not only will the successful mortgage broker or mortgage adviser receive all leads required, but will also benefit from mortgage admin support, and the opportunity to bank over £150k, in return, earning over £60,000
- In return the mortgage broker or mortgage adviser in Dartford, will receive a basic to £28k plus car allowance, financial guarantees for 5 months and excellent earnings

**Key Skills**:

- As you will be the sole mortgage broker or mortgage adviser working within the Dartford branch, an excellent knowledge of mortgages and the various products is essential along with the CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
- Applications will be considered from individuals from a tied, independent, or banking mortgage environment providing that they can show a good track record in mortgage sales if the CeMAP, CF6, or MAQ qualification has been attained.
- As an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser in Dartford, you should also have a clean credit history, no criminal convictions, and a full clean driving licence.
