**Head of Voids and Lettings (£62,500 per annum, full-time, permanent)**

**Job Role**

This is a new high profile role for West Kent, taking the strategic lead for management of our empty homes with responsibility for the entire end to end process. We have been working hard on improving our approach to letting our empty homes quickly, ensuringvoid rent loss is minimised and providing homes that our residents are proud to live in.

You will lead our allocations team and work closely with our property management, asset management, development, support and housing teams as well as our repairs partnering contractor. You will have worked in housing at a senior level and be able to demonstrateleadership and an ability to manage and develop staff through a period of change.

We are looking for someone that is bursting with ideas, you’ll bring energy, tenacity and enthusiasm to the role with a passion to improve performance and deliver for our residents.

**Location Details**

The role will work flexibly with hybrid working combining collaborative time in our offices in Sevenoaks, working from home and visits to empty homes and new developments.
