An exciting opportunity as arisen for an PA/OM to join the team of an extremely well accomplished specialist Central London Commercial Real Estate consultancy, supporting two Directors and assisting the wider professional team.

The role will also involve assisting in marketing, social media updates and general gatekeeper for administrative functions of the business.

Duties to include:

- Providing high standard PA to the Directors and support to the team.
- Management of diaries, both Directors and team
- Scheduling and organising meetings and conference calls (Teams, Zoom etc.)
- Organising lunches / dinners and team events
- Organising travel, both domestic and international
- Assisting preparing presentations and reports
- Processing team expenses on a quarterly basis
- Absence and holiday monitoring for wider team
- Ordering and managing office stationery
- Weekly filing (electronic and paper)
- Occasional personal family requirements
- General ad-hoc requirements

Leasing / Investment Agency duties:

- Assisting team with marketing
- Updating social media posts
- Liaising with project sites for access arrangements.

Accounts:

- Assisting quarterly VAT return
- Assisting with HMRC matters
- Assisting with payroll
- Processing and tracking invoices
