Front of House Administrator

**ABOUT G3 VEHICLE AUCTIONS**
Established in 2009, G3 Remarketing t/a G3 Vehicle Auctions Limited is one of the UK’s fastest growing vehicle remarketing and disposal management specialists.
With a new purpose-built industry leading facility which launched in January 2021, the business continues to reshape the expectations of physical and online auctions.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Front of house duties, including registration of purchasers upon arrival at sale.
- Managing inbound and outbound telephone calls and enquiries.
- Ensure reception is presentable and welcoming
- Meeting and greeting visitors and clients ensuring they are looked after during their visit
- Ensure the daily list of visitors is kept in reception and that all visitors sign in and out of the building
- Directing calls and visitors to the relevant person/department or taking messages as appropriate
- Receive, sort and distribute mail/deliveries
- Management of fines and charges process
- Completion of daily administrative tasks including:
- Liaising with customers and external partners and requesting documentation
- Supporting the Auction teams / Rostrum duties as and when required
- Completion of daily administrative tasks including but not limited to:
- Data input
- Retrieving documents for customers
- Lotting
- Fines
- Preparation of yard lists.
**SKILLS, QUALIFICATION AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS**:
- Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
