Finance Manager

Job Title: Group Finance Manager - qualified by experience
Location: Saltaire, BD18
Hybrid: 1 day a week from home

**Salary**: £40,000 to £45,000 + bonus scheme
This is a number one of Finance role for a group of companies in the entertainment and Leisure industry. The group is modest turnover but really complex and lots of moving parts. The role covers multiple sectors within the industry and whoever gets this jobwill be rewarded with a diverse portfolio of duties and experiences.
The role will be initially stand-alone reporting to the Managing Director. There will be scope over time to add headcount to your team.
It's fair to say this role and business requires modernisation of finance and the controls within. You'll be involved in strategic planning, forecasting and modelling new deals and contracts.
**Duties**:

- Multiple company managements accounts and group consolidation
- Business partnering with ownership and senior management team
- Number one of finance sitting on senior management team
- New deals and contract negotiation
- Regular reporting and commentary to help leadership expand and progress the business
- Cash-flow analysis and reporting
- VAT, year-end preparations for external Accountants
- AP/AR/Credit Control & Payroll
About you:

- Any qualification status considered
- Must come from a multi-company/subsidiary background
- Ideally from an owner managed business
- Must have worked with all aspects of accountancy from the bookkeeping to the advising on strategy and direction of travel
