Come and join an already well established friendly team of administrators working in the Anticoagulation clinic. We are looking to recruit a full time position covering Monday to Friday.

You will be responsible for the administration of clinics within the anticoagulation department. including managing the DNA pathway, weekly lists, and general clerical duties. The workload will also involve managing referrals from Deep Vein Thrombosis and Thrombosis pathways including updating spreadsheets and databases and producing outcome letters from meetings.

Coordination of all clinics within the department

Managing the DNA pathway

Keeping Anticoagulation database updated with patients information

Arranging follow up appointments for patients who want to self-test or need a nurse specialist review

Ensuring Family and Friends audits are completed

Check clinical stock levels and drug cupboard
