You'll be leading the Digital & Technology (D&T) PMO team within Record to Report, key to the role will be engaging with key Finance business partners (both Finance and non-Finance, an outsourced technology provider and our Reporting & Analytics team).

**What youll do**
Your key accountabilities will include:

- Leading and encouraging a team of at least 7 reports, to deliver high quality outputs, driving a continuous improvement mentality and a can-do attitude
- Ensuring the large volume of tasks and queries are managed effectively, within a timely resolution, and aligned to the timetable key to successful delivery
- Develop the team to work collaboratively with the PMO office in London and our outsourced IT provider to ensure the financials are reflected accurately
- Strong Business Partner engagement to facilitate a collaborative working environment
- Lead the team to support the business transformation with the delivery and execution of key projects using standard processes and automation and understand priorities

**Who you are**
Your skills and experience will include:

- Part or fully Qualified Accountant
- Experience of managing and mentoring a team
- A strong control mentality with a continuous improvement approach
- Build and maintain great relationships and drive a collaborative approach
- Good understanding of standardisation of processes and using systems, and the impact these have on ways of working
