**Salary Scale**: AAT Grade 6 SCP 16-22 Pro-rata salary £22,371 - £24,987

(Full time Equivalent Salary £26,356-£29,438)

**We currently have the vacancy of IAG Lead at within Longspee Academy, based at Longspee Secondary - BH10 4HG (Slades Farm)**

**Longspee Secondary offers a rich and high-quality learning experience for our students, with a relentless and positive focus upon Happy, Safe, Progress** to help ensure that our students can build and achieve a successful adult life. Currently, almost all of our current students having their main need in the area of Autism.

To happily thrive in the role of IAG (Information Advice and Guidance) Lead you will be resourceful and creative, highly resilient and able to work well as a member of a high-quality team. You will also be able to relate well with others, demonstrate highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, and have a good sense of positive humour.
