**Shop Cashier & Post Office Assistant**

Coach House Stores Castleton is a licensed village convenience store and Post Office. We provide food, drink, groceries, household goods and National Lottery services. We specialise in offering a large range of locally produced beers, ciders, wines and spirits. Due to continued growth we require an additional member of staff. This is a great opportunity to work for a local company with a passion for promoting business in the Peak District.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Serving customers.
- Post Office mail handling and dispatch.
- Operating till system, processing credit card payments and handling cash.
- Goods handling and deliveries.
- Shelf stocking and stock rotation.
- Basic shop maintenance and cleaning.
- Delivering the very best customer experience.
- Be smartly presented and confident.
- Show commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Perform well under pressure and thrive in a busy environment.
- Work under their own initiative.
- Offer flexibility with shifts.
- Have previous retail experience (not essential).
