- We are seeking a Health and Wellbeing Administrator to join our dedicated Health and Wellbeing Team.

As Health and Wellbeing Administrator you will be responsible for providing support to the Health and Wellbeing services delivered within the Office of the Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner (OPFCC), North Yorkshire Police (NYP) and the North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service (NYFRS) as well as providing assistance with Health and Safety Administrative tasks when required.

You will be the key contact for the wellbeing service and will contribute to the development and the delivery of the service by providing a high quality, accurate, complete and** **timely service including, but not limited to, supporting the referral system, supporting in the preparation of information relating to case conferences, the processing of invoices, administering Treatment Centre attendees and diary management, in line with day-to-day business requirements and operational needs with NYP, NYFRS and OPFCC.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Participate in the evaluation and measurement of the impact on improving the wellbeing of the workforces and the resulting value added to front line services.
- Build and develop effective working relationships with colleagues across the business areas to ensure delivery of an efficient service within your boundaries of responsibility.
- Prepare files and ensure all information is available for appointments.
- To understand key procedures and processes in order to promote good practice, resolving queries where appropriate and signposting to appropriate information sources.
- To promote occupational health and welfare services via the intranet and other appropriate media, ensuring all published documentation is up to date.
- Ensure timely and accurate systems input and file updating to support business requirements.
- Produce management information as required highlighting any patterns/trends to target focus for action.
- Monitor any data input, deadlines and document returns within the agreed SLA’s to ensure maximum efficiency and continuous improvement.
- To maintain master copies of training documentation and assist in the production of training handouts.
- To liaise with the external agencies as required.
- To assist with the co-ordination of events across the OPFCC, NYP and NYFRS.

**Requirements**:

- To be successful you will have:

- Administrative experience.
- Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work to achieve tight deadlines with “right first time” accuracy.Excellent IT skills including the ability to audio type.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skill and be able to communicate with a diverse client group across a variety of platforms.
- Demonstrable problem solving skills and a flexible approach to client enquiries.
- A good knowledge and experience of dealing with confidential and sensitive information.
