**Building Sustainability Consultant (Acoustics)**

**£40,000 - £45,000 DOE + Performance Bonus + Hybrid + Pension**

You will be a vital member of the team, working closely with everyone from graduates todirectors, your impact will be felt by the whole of the company and their clients.

From Education to Healthcare, you will be part of finding innovative acoustics design solutions, delivering outstanding, creative work for the scope of building designs.

**The Responsibilities**:

- Carrying out and managing daylight and ventilation analysis using IES/TAS, with reference to TM52, TM59, BB101.
- Planning strategies, as well as energy and sustainability statements.
- Carry out marketing with CPDs and workshops with architects and contractors

**The Person**:

- Relevant qualifications in Environmental Design or similar.
- Experience of managing the delivery of sustainability services on projects
- Driving license

You will be resolving the most challenging acoustic solutions, whilst saving money, time and materials, following the company's mantra ''committed to sustainable design solutions ''
