**The role**

Working closely with our MD, Steve Rowe, your role will be to provide efficient research, paraplanning and report writing support. You'll play a key part in the client relationship and you will be our senior, head of paraplanning.
- Provide support to the MD and attend client meetings.
- Produce accurate research and write exciting and easy to read financial planning reports that are tailored to the client.
- Manage the client journey.
- Have input into the financial planning process, challenge the adviser, and make suggestions.
- Liaise with our client administrators and manage the workflow processes.
- Play your part in the service and experience that we give our clients and be a key part of the client relationship.
- Be our experienced, go to lead paraplanner.

**Benefits**

**Essential skills**
- At least two + years financial planning industry experience.
- Experienced paraplanner writing reports independently to excellent standards.
- High level of knowledge in pensions and investments.
- Level 4 Diploma.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a focus on getting it right.
- A good team player who wants to play an active part in our company.
- The desire to join in and be a part of us.
