**Salary**: Up to £22,680 per hour (Based on 35 hours per week)

Here at Reed Health & Care, I am recruiting for a care assistant to work as a agency worker in a client exclusively. The client can offer full time hours and this would be a long term booking.

We have been approached by a new client to Reed to recruit a bank care assistant team to support their group of care homes throughout Aberdeenshire.You will be a key member of the team of care assistants while at work, outside of work you have the securityof a permanent employer and the flexibility of an agency working as a Reed PAYE employee.

Reed offers for this role:

- Pay rates starting at £13.00 per hour

- Paid holidays when you take time off
- Free uniform

Some of the main responsibilities of a care assistant will include:

- Providing one to one support to elderly, frail and dementia
- Moving and Handling, using equipment such as a hoist or stand aid
- Assisting with getting residents washed and dressed
- Helping to provide each resident their independence and dignity

This role is perfect for previous care assistants with a minimum of 6 months experience. You should also:

- Have a passion to provide person centred care
- Be eligible to work in the UK
- Be eligible to register with the Disclosure Scotland PVG scheme & Scottish Social Services Council
