**Job Summary**

Back Care Solutions provide ergonomic office and mobility equipment to improve the comfort, support and wellbeing of people across the UK. Due to continued growth, we are now looking for a highly motivated and hardworking individual to join our busy sales team.

Experience in this role is not essential, however, it does require somebody with the same values as Back Care Solutions. These are; customer focused, strong communication, results driven, reliable with a hardworking and motivated attitude.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Generate leads with existing and potential customers to increase sales
- Meet with customers face to face and remotely to build relationships and increase loyalty
- Utilising a CRM system to update and manage customer contacts
- Raising customer quotations as well as following up on quotes to try and secure orders
- Providing online support to customers via online chat feature
- Undertaking DSE assessments and following up with report writing - Full training will be provided
- Effectively communicating with other departments to ensure the smooth processing of orders

- Experience with Microsoft packages as well as Sage accounting systems would be advantageous but not essential

**Additional Benefits / Info**

Hours: 8:30am - 5pm Monday-Friday (40 hours p/week)

Driving licence required

Salary up to £28,000 per year
