Personalisation Supervisor

**Position Available: Print & Engraving Expert - Enhance our Quality, Drive our Success**

We're seeking an enthusiastic Print & Engraving Personalisation supervisor to join our dynamic team part-time or full time, with the potential for overtime. You'll be an integral part of our mission to deliver top-tier services to our customers.

Some Weekends / Evenings Required

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Navigating systems to manage customer online orders.
- Receiving and relaying order information, amending data, and fixing systematic or order issues when relevant.
- Picking, processing and packing ecommerce orders daily, running pre-despatch checks and steaming/packaging all orders perfectly in line with company procedures and standards.

**Quality Control**: Rigorously oversee the quality of our printed products, ensuring that each piece meets our exacting standards and contributes to our reputation for excellence.

**Support Warehouse Management**: Assist the Warehouse Manager in the daily operations of the printing / Engraving department, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and productive workflow.

**About You**:
You're passionate about the printing industry, comfortable working with a team and working with them towards success. You understand the importance of quality and have a keen eye for detail.

Experience with various printing methods and technologies, along with a proven track record in a similar role, is highly advantageous. Training provided.
