We are looking for an enthusiastic, skilled Teacher on behalf of a lovely primary school based. You will be joining a friendly, welcoming & inclusive 'family' which support the wider community. You'll be planning & providing engaging and stimulating lessonsthat will enthuse the children to learn. As part of the role you will be providing extra support to the children who have additional needs, you will make sure the class is inclusive. You will need to be able to encourage children to work together & achievetheir goals. This is a part-time role working Monday, Tuesday, Weds & Friday.

You will be working closely with other staff members, so good communication skills are key. You will be coordinating activities & lessons with the TA including organising trips off-site. These skills will also be used when liaising with parents & guardians,which will be a big part of the role.

You will need to be someone who is caring, nurturing and able to provide a happy safe environment to learn and grow. It is your responsibility to make sure the children are safe in school & at home, you must report any safeguarding concerns to the designatedsafeguarding lead.

As part of this role you will be managing the classroom, this includes being able to stay calm in stressful situations, and being able to positively manage challenging behaviour.

Your role will include:

- Planning and marking

- Promoting good progress and outcomes
- Adapting teaching to respond to the strengths of pupils
- Managing behaviour effectively
- Demonstrating good curriculum knowledge
