**The role**
Purpose of the Role: As an IT Project Coordinator you will be asked to ensure that not only are projects and major changes delivered to a high level of quality but also done with a real focus on our internal customer’s needs and requirements.

**Key accountabilities**
- Reporting to New Technology Implementation Manager to coordinate and manage incoming complex IT projects and IT change demand.
- Responsible for tracking the implementation of IT change and complex projects including agreeing project / change owners, timescales, milestones, and coordinating technical resource in a fast paced environment.
- Responsible for ensuring the accurate capture of IT resource requirements to deliver all Complex Change and projects.
- Responsible for coordinating multiple complex IT change projects simultaneously.
- Create and maintain project documentation in line with the IT Governance framework including obtaining relevant project updates for technical review group meetings.
- Supporting the IT Project Manager to coordinate and implement Complex IT Change projects.
- Supporting the IT Service Desk in the management and action tracking of the IT Change Process and the management of key meetings such as the Change Advisory Board.
- Supporting the New Technology Implementation Manager and IT Project Manager in the facilitation and action tracking of the weekly Business Change Technical Review Group.

**Skills & experience**
- Prior experience in Project Coordinator or Change Management roles.
- Experience in coordinating the full lifecycle of Technology & Digital projects (from initiation to closure).
- A good understanding of the ITIL Change Management process.
- Good understanding of modern technology Platforms and Digital Applications.
- Comfortable in coordinating multi-faceted technical project teams, using appropriate levels of Governance and adhering to relevant IT Quality Gates.
- Competent use of core Project Management tools such as MS Project, MS Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, MS365, Smartsheet’s and Jira.
- Experience in coordinating projects in both Waterfall and Agile delivery methods and familiarity with Project Governance.
- Ability to work in a fast paced enviroment that involves coordinating multiple change projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and organisation skills (both written and verbal) with experience in working with all levels of a business.
- Experience of successfully managing projects in medium to large organisations.
- Individual who is interested in developing their skills and opportunities to be mentored.
