Haulage Coordinator

Our client has a very exciting opportunity for a Haulage Coordinator to join their busy team based in Paisley.

Some of the responsibilities of the role include;
- Securing haulage bookings for customers.
- Ensure customer haulage requirements are met, this will involve working alongside other departments within the business.
- Access daily shipping list.
- Be proactive when haulage requirements are received outwith the expected timeline.
- Building effective relationships with 3rd party hauliers.
- Negotiation of rates.
- Commercial and Financial awareness.
- 3rd party logistics experience.
- Negotiation Skills
- Experience in Sharepoint and Microsoft with some cindex awareness.
