- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge about the Holocaust and about the development and delivery of Holocaust education
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge about the latest thinking in high-quality pedagogical techniques
- Develop an understanding of the needs of our stakeholders (principally participating schools)

**Relationship development and team work**
- Work with colleagues across the organization, such as the Curatorial and Bookings teams, to ensure our schools programmes are creative and high-quality
- Contribute as required to projects requiring collective effort across the organisation
- Contribute to the development of measures that deliver good ‘audience’ care and that the people and organisations receive the best possible learner experience.

**Other**
- Ensure that all professional codes of practice and legislative requirements are adhered to in programme delivery e.g. safeguarding children, health and safety.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties to support the work of the Centre.
- Champion the aims, heritage and professional integrity of the organisation both internally and externally.
- Comply with corporate policy and procedures at all times.
