Join us as a SEND Voice and Participation Lead Worker and be a driving force in empowering children and young people to shape the services designed for them in Wiltshire.
In this role, you'll be a crucial advocate for ensuring that the voices of children and young people with SEND are not just heard, but actively contribute to service planning and delivery. Your role will involve providing guidance and support to enable stakeholders to develop excellent voice initiatives.
Your expertise in voice initiatives and their impact will be pivotal when participating in strategic meetings and contributing to the development and review of Wiltshire's SEND and Inclusion Strategy.
