**About Digit and the Role**

We are a busy and growing digital agency based in central Brighton (previously called NLS), who support digital health programmes and purpose-led projects to create impact and achieve clients’ goals. Our clients are working to make the world an easier, healthier and better place and we are proud to play our part in achieving their ambitions.

We are looking for an eager, ambitious and experienced **Client Partner** to join our senior management team to oversee and grow key client relationships in our full-service digital agency. You will manage a portfolio of accounts and develop strategies to drive growth and retention. You will act as a key contact and advisor for the clients in your portfolio.

**This is an ideal role for someone who is seeking an account management and sales generation role**. The delivery of projects is handled by our experienced project management team and you will work closely with them to hand over new leads.

**About You**:

- You will manage a portfolio of 5 to 10 key client accounts, serving as the lead point of contact and advisor for their new projects and initiatives.
- You will be expected to develop and execute strategies for growing revenue and expanding services with existing clients.
- You will oversee client projects from inception through completion, ensuring deliverables meet expectations and strategic objectives.
- By continuously identify opportunities to increase client spend, you will deliver recommendations on new solutions and offerings.
- Through exceptional service and strategic counsel, you will achieve client satisfaction.
- You will manage retention and renewal of client contracts to maximise lifetime value.
- You will participate in new business efforts through RFP responses, proposals, and pitches.
- You will prepare and present biannual business reviews to clients.
- Occasional travel to client sites and industry conferences is part of this role.

**Essential skills**:

- 7+ years of account management experience in a digital agency or similar environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple key accounts and grow existing client relationships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills - you are a natural leader and influencer.
- We need your strategic thinking, with an ability to turn clients’ needs into actionable strategies and plans.
- You will have experience overseeing digital campaigns and initiatives across different channels.
- You will be able to work autonomously and will be fully versed in balancing a busy schedule while delivering to agreed deadlines.
