Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Football Coach to join our team. As a Football Coach, you will be responsible for educating and training young children in the sport of football. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young children and help them develop their skills both on and off the field.

**Duties**:

- Develop and implement effective training programs for football players
- Teach fundamental skills, strategies, and techniques of the game
- Plan and conduct practice sessions to improve player performance
- Provide guidance and support to children during games and competitions
- Evaluate player performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with other coaches to develop game plans and strategies
- Ensure the safety of all children by adhering to proper training techniques and equipment usage
- Motivate and inspire children to reach their full potential
- Maintain a positive and respectful coaching environment

Qualifications:

- Previous experience is essential minimum 1 year experience required
- Strong knowledge of football rules, strategies, and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively motivate and inspire children to learn
- Patience, dedication, and a passion for teaching
- Strong organizational skills to plan and manage practice sessions
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Hold a full clean driving licence and have access to a vehicle
- A full enhanced DBS check is required and full training including safeguarding and first aid will be provided.
- A minimum level 1 FA coaching badge or sports degree

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Freelance, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £11.50-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 8 per week
