MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE: - To ensure all parts are picked correctly and delivered in a timely, safe and secure manner to the customer. Assisting in store areas, preparing orders, cleaning and carrying out stocktake procedures as instructed by the Branch Manager, ensuring customer satisfaction.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Put away stock loads as directed by the Branch Manager/Parts Supervisor
- To ensure high standard of [personal appearance are adhered to at all times. Including the wearing of correct protective clothing.
- To conform to all health and safety codes of practice relevant to heavy lifting
- To adhere to health and safety codes of practice ensuring that they are adhered to at all times
- Administration of paperwork, including despatch notes and filing
- Other reasonable duties as required

KEY SPECIALIST SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

- Good Knowledge of both Truck & Trailer Parts, desirable
- Excellent customer service experience
- Must be able to work to deadlines
- Ability to demonstrate a friendly and courteous manner towards both internal and external customers.
- Ability to work within a team, on an individual basis and work under pressure

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,028.20 per year
