**What are we looking for?**
We are recruiting for an internal quality assurer to join our Quality and Compliance Team at Futures. We are looking for a quality driven individual with experience of delivering outstanding quality assurance support for regulated qualifications (Area of Sector Specialism: Health and Social Care / Adult Care).
**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Undertake the responsibilities of IQA, monitor, review and evaluate the quality of assessment processes and practice and ensure that awarding body standards are maintained.
- Monitor the quality of assessor performance, identify assessor development needs, and facilitate assessor development and support to maintain and improve the quality of assessment.
- Report to our Lead Internal Quality Assurance manager within the Quality and Compliance Team.
