You will need:

- **Evidence of level 3 Application of Number and Communication or equivalent (Essential).**:

- A good level of education and demonstrate good literacy and numeracy.
- A relevant teaching qualification or be prepared to work towards one.
- Experience of teaching or training adults (Desirable).
- A relevant Practitioners Qualification.
- Understanding of assessment or experience of delivering accredited programmes.
- Confidence in delivering learning using digital technology.
- To be able to deliver hybrid learning (face to face and online) where relevant or be willing to undertake further training.
- Excellent communication skills and be able to deliver innovative and creative learning which engages and challenges your learners.
- An understanding of the needs of adult learners and an empathy for vulnerable learners.
- A willingness to undertake further training as required.
- Attention to detail when record keeping is essential.
- Welsh Speaking (Desirable but not Essential).
- Additional information DBS Check Required and registration with Education Workforce Wales.
- A clean valid driving licence.
