HR & Payroll Administrator

Due to expansion at Piglets Pantry, we are looking for a talented HR & Payroll Administrator to join us. You will have recent and valid experience with running payroll from a variety of sources. We also require you to help us develop our way forward with how we provide payroll to our dedicated teams.
**PIGLETS PANTRY** is an Award-Winning food producer based in West Sussex. We supply fantastic handmade pies, sausage rolls and other savoury and patisserie products to corporate venues and customers nationwide.
This is a full-time position. Hours required 8am - 4pm. Reporting to the Head of HR.
As HR & Payroll Administrator you will be responsible for:
- Processing all aspects of the monthly payroll, as per data received, within required timeframes. This includes different data sources, spot checking and accuracy.
- Running payroll administration including reporting to the Head of HR on such matters as annual leave and pay reviews.
- Timely creation, collection and storage of accurate documentation.
- Provide the Head of HR with sickness absence management information to enable policies to be followed.
- Maintain the HR system and databases.
- Month-end and year-end activities.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the team
- Induction and onboarding tasks.
**Profile**
- Previous experience in HR administration
- Minimum 3 years payroll processing knowledge (essential)
- Payroll and HR systems
- Microsoft packages
- Must be eligible to work in the UK
