**Logistics Account Co-ordinator - Logistics and Supply Chain Industry**

Pertemps are partnering with a rapidly growing 3PL business in Birmingham who are looking for their next Strategic Account Coordinator who will be the interface between the clients and warehouse operations / service delivery teams
The role will involve monitoring carrier performance as well as SLA’s, KPI’s and other data to ensure the client is getting the service they expect. This role will be client facing and be one of the first points of contact for the client, so experience in thisarea will be necessary. Experience with SAP would be beneficial but not essential.
Currently, the 3PL sector in which this client works, is booming There has been a lot of recent growth for the business which has presented many new opportunities as well as causing a lot of excitement for the future. There is a real chance to build and progresswith the business on their current trajectory
The Strategic Account Co-ordinator will be:
Experienced working within a client facing role
Experienced in 3PL or similar
A Proactive problem solver
Capable of working to tight deadlines
Co-ordinate across multiple departments effectively
Internal and external management skills
The Strategic Account Co-ordinator will get:
£30,000 Per annum
Hybrid working and Flexible working available
Excellent opportunity for progression
