**Working Hours**: 34 hours per week, between Monday to Sunday.
**Salary**: £23,160 per annum + Excellent Benefits

To deliver these services takes an enthusiastic and customer focused team - and right now we have an opportunity as we are looking to recruit for a Front of House Supervisor to join our team.

As the FOH Supervisor the key purpose of the role is to lead the onsite membership sales team & management of the reception teams to drive membership sales & ensure the provision of excellent customer service. You will also support on Reception as and when required.

**Your main responsibilities**: Lead on the promotion of membership services and lead generation Hit and exceed membership sales and yield targets Lead on the customer journey from enquiry to joining Planning and organising the effective outreach and distribution of marketing related information using the monthly activity planner Advise Deputy Partnership manager on membership activities Line management of sales & reception team including implementation of rotas Recruitment and training of sales and reception team including robust induction process Effective communication of all sales initiatives to the site team Best practice in use of membership systems including the introduction of SCV

**What you’ll need to do the role**:
A Professional qualification in Sales or Marketing would be desirable.
Proven experience in a Sales & Customer Service orientated environment, with an understanding of how to produce and implement a marketing plan
Good product knowledge
Proven sales promotional skills
Competent IT skills, with the ability to analyse information
Excellent communicator at all levels
