**Building a 24/7 VCA Team for our 24/7 Emergencies-Only Practice**

Veteris is an independent 24/7 practice dedicated only to emergencies in North London.

This 24/7 physical practice is a natural evolution of our current commitment towards Emergency Care. It extends the range of services we currently offer (triage, home visits) to the independent practices that we help with the cover of their emergencies.

We are looking for VCAs ready to build this new adventure with us. We already have the vets and RVNs, and we now need the support team to go with it.

There are no reception duties for this role, the calls are handled by our experienced triage team, leaving you to focus on our patients.

We are looking for people that are ready to share structured inputs/feelings to get things moving forward efficiently and help transition seamlessly towards a busier work environment.

We want motivated VCAs working to their full potential and training, helping our ECC surgeons to build a fear-free experience for all our patients. Quality of care is high up on our agenda, and we need you to help us deliver this.

**Type of contract**: Direct employment only - we are trying to build a tight team here

Part-time or full-time.

**Work Pattern and shift length**: To be built together depending on your physiologic preferences and/or personal agenda and requirements. We are happy to accommodate flexible | pick-and-choose shifts | fixed patterns the best we can. The only goal is to have a complete cover that makes the team of VCAs happily work together.

**Income**: £24.5 - £29k/per annum depending on experience and work pattern (night vs day etc)

**Where we sail** : Hoxton Square, London

**Package** : 5.2 Holidays | Accommodation possible depending on team’s need | Vet Medication at Wholesale cost (own pet only) | Personal Dog and Cat welcomed during shifts (as long as sociable and don’t create chaos). Kid-friendly practice as well
