REED Accountancy & Finance are delighted to be working with a leading industry client in Lisburn and are actively recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their finance team.

This is a new role within the business due to growth and offers a competitive salary.

Completing multicurrency supplier payment runs (£, €, $)
Completing multicurrency bank reconciliations (£, €, $)
Processing material, shipping and overhead invoices then entering on accounts software
Controlling pro-forma payments and investigation of supplier credit balances
Processing employee expenses and company credit cards
Reconciling supplier statements
Raising purchase orders
Company car and telephone administration queries
Ad-hoc duties

Able to anticipate opportunities and risks
Able to build rapport quickly with colleagues and suppliers
Able to manage and respond quickly to changing/competing priorities
Highly organized, able to independently plan own time
Able to follow internal procedures (ERP, Sage)
Able to ensure tasks are completed on time and to a high-standard
Able to use Excel, Outlook, Word and other MS Office products
