With an incredible reputation and year on year growth, this is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished payroll administrator seeking a new challenge.
Working within a close knit team, this role will involve the following tasks:
- Support the management team in completion of the payroll process
- Administer pension documents and electronic systems including auto-enrolment submissions
- Check timesheets for accuracy and input into the payroll system
- Preparation of reports
- Review and monitor the payment of sickness absence and unpaid leave
- Administration of starters, leavers and contract changes
- Pension administration
- Maintaining and updating the database
- Update information and input staff records
