Here at GXO, we are currently looking for an **Operations Administrator** to join our team based in Bedworth on the Coldstore contracts. You will be providing all the support along with producing daily operational and costing figures to our customer. You will be working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern consisting of the hours of 07:00- 19:00.

**Pay, benefits and more**:
We are looking to offer a salary of £23,503.20 per annum. In addition, we offer 19 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays), access to a variety of high street discounts, as well as a cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension and many other perks.

**What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Collate and cost all operational activities on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Produce all KPI data
- Investigate and resolve account queries
- Review operational discrepancies and deal with customer queries
- Booking stock in and out using the Ultima WMS system
- Dealing with colleague picking queries

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- Strong communication and administration skills
- Great organisational skills and the ability to work both on your own and in a team
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- Numerate with good attention to detail
