**The Role**

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated SEO Specialist to join our growing team. Ideally you will possess a deep understanding of search engine optimisation (SEO) best practices, as well as a strong ability to analyse website performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement effective strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings, drive organic traffic, and increase brand visibility for clients across various industries.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify high-impact keywords and search terms, as well as gaps and opportunities in the competitive landscape.
- Optimize on-page elements, including title tags, meta descriptions, header tags, and content, to improve search engine rankings and enhance user experience.
- Develop and execute link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks and improve domain authority.
- Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality, SEO-friendly content that aligns with targeted keywords and search intent.
- Analyse website performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.) to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for growth.
- Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates, and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and algorithm updates to ensure our SEO strategies are always aligned with the latest search engine guidelines.

You will have demonstrable experience of SEO within an in house or digital agency setting. Being well versed and passionate about SEO best practices, tools, and techniques, including on-page optimization, keyword research, link-building, and technical SEO. Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.) to analyse website performance and identify opportunities for growth. Google qualifications are a plus, but we are happy to assist with gaining these. You will show strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. You will be able to display excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to clients and team members.
