**Job Title: IFA Administrator**

**Location: Ashford**

**Salary: £25,000 - £35,000**

**The Company**:
We are working on a brand-new position with an Independent Financial Planning business in Ashford who are searching to add an additional member to the client administration department helping with the provision of Financial Advice to valued clients.

This firm has been operating for over 30 years and supports companies, private individuals, trusts and charities with advice on all areas of financial planning.

**The Role**:

- Maintaining client files
- Administration and maintenance of company records
- Developing the back-office system
- Liaising with providers
- Scanning documents
- File checking
- Fee and commission reconciliation

**The Required Skills**:

- Prior experience of working within a Financial Planning Firm
- Strong Pensions and Investments product knowledge is desirable
- Problem solving abilities
- Team Player
- Experience with XPlan would be advantageous
- At least intermediate internet, World, Excel & Outlook experience.
