Work closely with site LEAN manager and other key SLT members on site assisting the delivery the site strategy.
Develop a thorough, effective, and timely CI plan to address the needs of the site
Deliver top loss improvements across the site improving OEE
Actively manage the waste walk process on site following the initiatives through to completion
Manage the administration of the CIRF process on site
Support and facilitate weekly group OEE meetings with clear dashboards and action tracking
Support site teams to put in place weekly and monthly project trackers for OEE improvement
Coach and mentor others on LEAN so it becomes engrained in the site culture
Showing operators, the ways in which they can contribute to the overall site LMA.
