Picker & Packer

CBC Distributors is a wholesale distributor and requires warehouse operatives to pick and pack customer orders for dispatch to GB and Ireland.

**The role**:
You will be working in our Newry warehouse as part of our dispatch department performing all tasks associated with the picking and packaging of product for shipment.
- Pick up and process computerised packing list,
- Ensure orders are accurately picked, packed, and match the provided packing list,
- Skilfully pack items into shipping boxes, maximizing space efficiency while maintaining product safety during transit,
- Complete computerised Delivery Docket to go with the goods,
- Label completed orders for dispatch by courier,
- Assist in maintaining accurate stock counts and reporting any discrepancies,
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines, maintaining a secure and clean working environment,
- General housekeeping duties.

**What you need to succeed**
- Previous pick and pack experience preferred,
- Excellent attention to detail and be good with numbers,
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment,
- Maintain established productivity targets and quality standards,

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.50-£11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38.75 per week

- Warehouse experience: 1 year (preferred)
