Page Personnel are appointing an interim Procurement Assistant to start immediately with the world's largest retailer dealer. Our client offers flexibility to work from home 4 days a week and the role has potential to go permanent.

Our client sell, rent and provide parts and service for equipment and engines to customers.

**Description**

The key responsibilities of a Procurement Assistant will include, but not limited to:

- Process requisitions for internal stakeholders onto the selected procurement purchasing systems
- Deal with reported discrepancies, shortages, returns for stakeholders
- Manage stock and supply issues
- Assist and support the other members of the Procurement team
- Report any problems or difficulties that cannot be resolved immediately

**Profile**

The successful Procurement Assistant must possess the following skills set and experience:

- Background working in a Procurement team
- Experience with SAP, (SAP Ariba advantageous)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
- Ability to prioritise workload and be organised and efficient in work
- Possess drive, self-motivation and a positive attitude

**Job Offer**

Immediate start

4 days working from home (Training in the office for the first 2 weeks)
