**Core hours 9am - 5pm, flexibility required due to the nature of the role**

A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Travel and Events Coordinator to join my client's vibrant, buzzy team based in West Kent If you have previous Travel or Events planning experience, then this may be the role for you

You will be responsible for organising large scale events including arranging flights, travel and accommodation ensuring client events run smoothly. Not only will you be busy organisingyou will also have the opportunity to travel too Vegas, Barcelona,Dubai - you name it

If you are looking for a varied, challenging role where you will also have the chance to travel the globe - then here it is No two days will be the same

**Duties include**:

- Supporting the Travel and Events team with booking requests
- Assisting with the organisation of events and conferences from start to finish
- Where appropriate, booking and arranging international flights, travel and accommodation
- Speaking with clients both on the phone and in writing, taking full details to understand their needs and requirements
- Assisting with marketing and social media campaigns and mailers, creating exciting and engaging content
- General administrative duties

**To be considered for this role, you should have/be**:

- Previous experience within a Travel or Events environment is desirable
- Organised and able to juggle multiple priorities - you will be organising for c.2000 individuals
- A great communicator and confident speaking to stakeholders at all levels - both in writing and face to face
- Able to work well under pressure whilst meeting strict deadlines/budget requirements
- Able to work flexibly to meet business needs
- A full driving license and in date passport
- Fully vaccinated or willing to be fully vaccinated to comply with COVID vaccinations requirements overseas
