Property Inventory Clerk

Cherry Picked Properties are expanding and looking for a Property Inventory Clerk to join our growing business. We are a small to medium sized agent meaning you will be a highly valued and integral part of the Cherry Picked family.

The role will involve visiting several properties in the Manchester / Cheshire area each day to conduct various property clerk related duties and therefore you will have access to a pool company car.
- Have a great eye for detail
- Be a strong team player
- Have a clean and full driving license

**Duties will include**:

- Conducting inspections, check-in inventories and check-out inventories
- Conducting viewings as required
- Registering new applicants and booking appointments
- Liaising and negotiating between landlords and tenants
- Working as part of a team to ensure great customer service
- General Estate Agent duties
