An international boutique investment management firm in Mayfair is seeking a Part-Time Office Manager working on a 60% basis, this could be worked either 3 full days or over 4/5 days for several hours a day, the team consists of around 12 people who generallyworking on a hybrid basis with several days in the office.

Duties will include Office/Facilities Management which will include Health and Safety and First Aid, greeting of visitors and external clients etc.) along with Finance Administration will include processing invoices, credit cards and expenses. You will alsobe responsible for organising events both internally and externally as well as the ordering of office supplies to include groceries, stationery and lunches. You will also provide support to other members of the team helping with diary management, travel andappointments as well as other ad-hoc administrative tasks (such as supporting the Sales, Marketing and Client Services Teams).

You will have a confident, pro-active, positive 'can-do' attitude and be highly organised as well as solutions orientated. You will be an excellent communicator, with a high attention to detail and possess a strong work ethic.
